The roles that have different views and actions are:
1. TeacherTeacher
This role has the ability to view all submissions from users and either approve or not approve. Also it In case the submission is not approved the student can edit and resubmit. Teacher can assign lecturers for thesis supervising. Teacher also Also he/she can enable or not the ability to the student to submit his/hers second submission

Non-edit teacher can only see which students he/she will supervise along with who will be the second supervisor.

3. Student
When student clicks on the activity at first the system checks whether there is a submission or not. If there is no submission questions appear in regards to his/her thesis along with who wants to be his/her supervisor.
After submission a second view appears displaying thesis title. Also a state of pending will be visible until the Course leader accepts the submission and enables the second form for the student. Student can download a confirmation letter as well for the submission.
Until the first submission awaits for approval, student can edit and change the answers.

In case a user logs in with any other role other than the 3 above he/she will not be able to see anything. The system is strictly available for 3 roles only.
