Step 1
Let's start by accessing PowerFlow. You can do this by either clicking on PowerFlow under the frequently used apps or by clicking on "My Apps" and selecting PowerFlow. If you haven't installed any apps or don't know how to, follow this guide.
Step 2
As soon as you click on PowerFlow, you will see the interface shown in the left-hand image above. To access parallel mode, click on the "Parallel" option in the highlighted bar. This will switch the mode, as illustrated in the right-hand image above.
Step 3
While in parallel mode, you can ask PowerFlow for information on multiple topics simultaneously by separating them with ||. In the example above, a user requested help organizing a trip to a Greek island. You can further edit your prompts using the formatting bar above the text box as seen on this guide . Once you are finished, click on the highlighted arrow to submit your prompts.
Additionally, you can personalize your chat by changing the title and selecting a different PowerFlow model, as shown below. You can also create a new prompt by clicking on "New Prompt," which will open a new chat.
You can change the title to something relevant to the topic of your chat with PowerFlow. This title will also appear in your results, so ensure it is easily identifiable.
There are several modes you can choose from, with the default being the latest one, GPT-4.0o. Additionally, you will find GPT-4 Turbo, GPT-3.5 Turbo, and GPT-3.5 Instruct available.
Step 4
Once you have sent your prompts to PowerFlow, a screen will appear indicating each of the prompts and the approximate number of tokens they should consume. Click Submit to send them all to powerflow.
In addition, there is an option to click the arrow of each prompt and expand to see what is included.
Please note that the "Sending Prompts" message will appear once you click submit. This process should take no more than a few minutes, depending on the size of the prompts.

To access your results and view the answers to your prompts, click on "My Results" in the left column. You will see your three prompts from this example, along with their titles, the mode, the status (marked as "Done" once they are complete), the model, the timestamp of when they were updated, and several actions you can take.
For each of the prompts you send to PowerFlow, you have several options:
Copy:
Copy the entire conversation.
Copy just the replies.
Export:
Export the entire conversation to a Word document or a text file.
Export only the replies to a Word document or a text file.
Delete:
Delete the conversation.
Step 6
Click on your desired prompt to view PowerFlow's response and see the answer provided. You also have the following options:
Copy: Click on "Copy" to choose whether you want to copy the entire conversation or just the replies. The selected content will be copied automatically.
Export: Click on "Export" and then choose between exporting the entire conversation or just the replies. The selected content will be exported as a Word document or text file.
Share: Click on "Get Sharable Link" to obtain a shareable link. This will automatically copy the link for you to share.
Continue: Click on "Stream" to continue the conversation.
How to Copy
Click on "Copy" to choose whether you want to copy the entire conversation or just the replies. Select your desired option, and the results will be copied automatically.
How to Export
If you want to export, click on the "Export" option and then choose between exporting the entire conversation or just the replies. The selected content will be exported as a Word file.
Once the prompts are successfully sent, a pop-up message will appear to inform you. You can find the answers to your prompts in your results. If you need assistance locating them, please refer to this guide. |
