This article explains how to search and view students on UNIC Portal.

In order to successfully follow this guide you will need:

  • Your WORK UNIC email

  • Your Password

These credentials have been given to you via an email once you are an official employee.

Step 1

Once you log in you will be on this page. Click on “Students” which is located on the main menu bar and pointed out by a red arrow in the picture above.

Step 2

Here you can utilize all the available filters such as Academic period, Student ID , Name , Phone etc and then search by clicking on the button “Submit” pointed by the arrow above.

For more information regarding a selected student click on the red button below actions as shown above.

Step 3

If you click on the button under actions for more information you will be able to access the students profile as well as their academic path and grades as shown above.

In addition to that you can also contact the student by clicking on the “Contact Student” button as indicated on the image
