General Troubleshooting

  • If you encounter errors, try temporarily disabling security software 

  • For persistent issues, contact IT support 

  • If stuck in an update loop (Mac users), download and reinstall from UNIC's link 

  • Make sure you have logged in as system administrator 

  • In case of a blank screen during the exam 

  • Use an ethernet cable 

  • Get closer to Wi-Fi router

  • Try using a different browser to download the setup file 

  • Check if antivirus software is interfering with the download
