F2F - Course Creation

All courses are created automatically by the VLE Team (Marios Theodoulou).
Courses that are not created are usually practicum, project types. These must be created manually and send the mapping to Marios through Jira (https://unicit.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/group/191/create/796). Students who need access need to be enrolled manually up until the point of the course creation.

*Special cases:
If there are two lecturers in the schedule, then the enrolment needs to be done manually. Lecturers will contact us to let us know that they do not have access.
After the courses is created lecturers change teaching courses. In this case you can manually do the change after a lecturer request. Confirm first the change with the lecturer.
If a lecturer cannot see their course in Moodle they should contact us to enroll them manually.
All courses are created under Conventional Courses in Moodle and then the respective semester.
Law courses have their own category under Conventional Courses, separated in semesters https://courses.unic.ac.cy/course/index.php?categoryid=3
MBAN conventional courses have their own category under Conventional Courses, separated in Semesters. https://courses.unic.ac.cy/course/index.php?categoryid=601
MBAN Courses must be transferred manuanlly to their category so that Julie can have access
