How to Add a WebEx Activity on Moodle
If you have difficulties adding a WebEx activity on moodle this guide will show you how!
This guide only applies to Face-to-Face courses.
You only need to add this activity ONCE for each course. All sessions for the course will be listed under this activity.

Step 1
Click HERE or type “UNIC moodle” on your browser in order to log in. If you have difficulties logging in please follow this guide : How to Login to Faculty Moodle
Step 2
Once you have logged in, select the course you would like to add a WebEx activity and then click on the right side of the screen the button “Turn editing on”
Step 3
By clicking on that button you can now edit any activities already existing in the course or add new ones by clicking on “Add an activity or resource” as pointed by a red arrow above.
You can turn editing off on the by clicking on the upper right side of the screen the button :

On this dialog box select “WebEx” as shown above.
Step 5
The activity setting page will load. Provide the activity a name, this will be visible on the course page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save and display”.
We recommend “WebEx Sessions” as an activity name.
Step 6
The activity will load after a moment. Under the Setup tab select Virtual Meetings under the “Choose your features” section the click “Apply”.
Step 7
A Virtual Meetings tab will become available in the activity, click this. Follow this by clicking “New Meeting”.
Step 8
The first time clicking New Meeting will prompt you to login to the WebEx service. Click Sign in to WebEx Meetings.
Step 9
Now, enter your WebEx credentials and click “Sign in” as shown above.
