MCRDG course creation

Creation Process
Contact the lecturers via email to prepare their courses. For new courses, ask for at least the first 4 weeks material. A suggestion under the restriction weekly blocks input the date of each week to open automatically so that the lecturer can build the course during the semester. Should they request proof reading for their material or course outline follow the procedure to request proof reading. The course information should include at least 3 items, course outline, course assessment and study guides. Request that they should record min 10 minutes for their material ie PowerPoint slides. Inform them for at least 3x3 hours of WebEx. Should it be an independent study at least 3 hours of WebEx either 2x 1.5 hours. All of the above please send the DL guidelines for them to refer to and the semester schedule to prepare the material.
Material
Upload the material on S3 under NEW- MCRDG or MCRDG folders and save the MP4 files of the recordings. Back up the material also collected in the Bucket of S3. Create the page link in Moodle with the correct file link names.
