This article provides instructions on accessing and viewing student evaluations from a lecturer’s perspective.
Step 1
Log in to your account, and you’ll typically land on the main dashboard of the Faculty Portal.
Step 2
From the main dashboard, click on the “Courses” tab in the top navigation bar. This section lists all the courses you are teaching. You can also select a semester in which you were or are teaching.
Scroll through the list of courses or use the search bar to find the specific course you want to review. Once found, click on “View Course Profile” to access more details.
Step 3
On the course profile page, you will see various tabs such as "Syllabus," "Class List," "Portfolio," "Books," and "Evaluation Results." Click on the “Evaluation Results” tab to view the student evaluations.
Step 4
In the Evaluation Results section, you can see a detailed breakdown of the evaluations. This includes scores and comments on various aspects like adherence to the course outline, presentation of the material, and student engagement.
You’ll see graphical representations (bar graphs) indicating average scores for different evaluation questions.
If only two students have provided feedback, the evaluation results will not be displayed to ensure accuracy and reliability of the data.
