This article explains how to add, view and update documents in the course portfolio on Faculty Portal.

In order to successfully follow this guide you will need:

  • Your WORK UNIC email

  • Your Password

These credentials have been given to you via an email once you are an official employee.

Step 1

Once you log in you will be on this page. Click on “Courses” which is located on the main menu bar and pointed out by a red arrow in the picture above.


Step 2

Choose the course you would like to manage and click on the “View Course Profile” button indicated above.


Step 3

Once you are in the course profile click on the “Portfolio” section as pointed out above to access it.


Step 4

Since this is the first time we are going to add documents the portfolio is empty, click on the “Manage” button in order to add or update files as shown above.

  • Please note that if no documents are uploaded the bellow status will be shown on the course

    However, please disregard the status for ALL courses before Fall 2020.


Step 5

On this screen make sure to complete each parameter including the name, category and description as above, after that click on “Browse” and select your desired file and then click on “Save” to upload it.

  • For the selection of the category please note that there are required and optional categories.
    Required categories are indicated by the status “Required” as seen below


Step 6

Now you have successfully uploaded your documents to the portfolio, you can download them by clicking on them.

If you wish to update any of the documents simply click on manage and then on the document you want to update (name category etc) after you have finished all the desired changes click “Save”.
