School dean: course in the programs in the departments in their school ( or just courses in their your school)
Department head: course in the programs in their your department ( or just courses in their your department)
Program coordinator: courses in their your program

The courses will include all the information(see 2) such as Academic period,course code,students registered as well as their capacity , lecturer and their status (Pending grades, pending portfolio, Pending Book confirmation) which will be colors colored yellow if it is still pending and green if it is complete.
