This article explains how to search, view and export supervised courses on UNIC Portal.

In order to successfully follow this guide you will need:

  • Your WORK UNIC email

  • Your Password

These credentials have been given to you via an email once you are an official employee.

Step 1

Once you log in you will be on this page. Click on “Academic” and then Supervised Courses which is located on the main menu bar and pointed out by a red arrow in the picture above.


Step 2

Here you can utilize all the available filters (see 1) such as course code, course title, lecturer ,Pending grades etc and then search by clicking on the button “Submit” pointed by the arrow above.

Visible courses according to your role are as follows:

School dean: course in the programs in the departments in their school (or just courses in their school)

Department head: course in the programs in their department (or just courses in their department)

Program coordinator: courses in their program


The courses will include all the information(see 2) such as Academic period,course code,students registered as well as their capacity , lecturer and their status (Pending grades, pending portfolio, Pending Book confirmation) which will be colors yellow if it is still pending and green if it is complete.

For more information regarding a selected course click on the red button below actions as shown above.


Lastly you can export the results of your search by clicking the export button(3) as indicated on the image.


Step 3

If you click on the button under actions for more information you will be able to access the course profile as well as the Syllabus, class list and portfolio as shown above.
