This article provides instructions for accessing and using My Files in Accelerate while logged in. If you're unsure of how to log in, follow this guide.
Step 1
After logging in, navigate to your dashboard. Click on "My Files." If you haven't installed My Files yet, you can do so from the App Store.

Step 2
The My Files application has two kinds of files for users:
Personal Files
App Files.
My Files app in Accelerate system allows users to upload, store, and manage a variety of file types, including documents, videos, audios, and images. This app is designed to enhance user interaction and functionality by integrating seamlessly with the Powerflow app. Users can utilize the uploaded files directly as prompts within the PowerFlow chatbot, enriching the conversational experience.

File Upload: Upload documents, videos, audios, and images.
File Storage: Keep your files securely stored and easily accessible.
File Management: Organize, view, and edit your files smoothly.
Metadata Extraction: Automatically receive detailed information about each file.
Web Scraping: Capture content from websites to use as prompts in Powerflow.

Documents: DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, PDF
Videos: Supports various formats, with capabilities like screenshot capture and audio extraction.
Audios: Manage and transcribe audio files.
Images: Upload and manage images, with metadata like dimensions and camera details.
Websites: Capture and manage web content.
Integration with Powerflow
Enhances the Powerflow chatbot by allowing the use of text, images, and web content from My Files as prompts, making interactions more engaging and informative.
