Step 1

Open

After logging in, navigate to your dashboard. Click on "My Files." If you haven't installed My Files yet, you can do so from the App Store.

The My Files application has two kinds of files for users:

• Personal Files: Personal files are files directly uploaded by the user. These can include a wide range of file types, such as documents, images, and videos. Also, Personal Files can include data obtained through web scraping, which allows users to collect and store information from various websites according to their needs. Personal files are typically managed and organized by users based on their individual needs and preferences. This category is designed to help users store and access their content easily and securely.

• App Files: App files are files generated or saved by applications other than the My Files application itself. For instance, images uploaded in Powerflow prompts or JSON files containing data from sequential threads in automation processes.

My Files app in Accelerate system allows users to upload, store, and manage a variety of file types, including documents, videos, audios, and images. This app is designed to enhance user interaction and functionality by integrating seamlessly with the Powerflow app. Users can utilize the uploaded files directly as prompts within the PowerFlow chatbot, enriching the conversational experience.

• Metadata Extraction: Automatically receive detailed information about each file.

• Web Scraping: Capture content from websites to use as prompts in Powerflow.

Supported File Types

• Documents: docx, txt, pdf, json, pptx, ppt, xlsx.

• Videos: Supports various formats, with capabilities like screenshot capture and audio extraction (mp4, mov, avi, webm).

• Audios: Manage and transcribe audio files (mp3).

• Images: Upload and manage images, with metadata like dimensions and camera details (Jpg, jpeg, webp, png, avif, gif, svg).

• Websites: Capture and manage web content (Htm, html).

Integration with Powerflow

• Enhances the Powerflow chatbot by allowing the use of text and web content from My Files as prompts, making interactions more engaging and informative.
