Step 1
In order to apply for a Registration/Confirmation Letter the student has to:
· Submit the Student Service Request Form (available from Office A8, on UNIC Website and UNIC Portal) either in person or via email to academic.affairs@unic.ac.cy.
For Distance Learning Students please email dl@unic.ac.cy or contact Distance Learning Unit at +22367300.
Step 2
Registration/Confirmation Letter preparation:
Allow 1-2 working days after the date of request for the letter to be prepared.
Step 3
Collection of Registration/Confirmation Letter:
· Pick up from A8 Office (hard copy).
· Via email to the student’s email address.
Please note that students with financial obligation from current or previous semester need to have authorization from Finance Office to proceed with the request. Students can contact Finance Office via email (drousiotis.e@unic.ac.cy/christou.me@unic.ac.cy).
