How to Submit an Assignment in Turnitin

If you want to submit any assignment in Turnitin this guide will show you how.

Step 1

Locate in your course the Turnitin assignment. You will be able to find this by located the logo circled in the above picture after that, click on the title of the assignment.

Step 2

Once Step 1 is complete, this page will open. Click on the “Submit Paper” button which is pointed out by an arrow in the above image.

Step 3

The above window will appear. Write a simple title in the Submission Title field and then click on the blue arrow to search for your assignment on your computer or just drag and drop in that area.

Step 4

When you finish uploading the assignment click on the “Add Submission” button at the bottom of the window.

Step 5

You will know that your submission will be uploaded when you see the above message after clicking “Add Submission” button.

You can close this window from the Close button in the top right corner.

Step 6

Now, you can view your submitted paper from the following details that will appear in the table.

If you like to resubmit an assignment follow the same steps as above. 

The plagiarism percentage will only appear if the lecturer allows you to view your plagiarism report.

The first 3 submissions will generate the plagiarism report immediately. After the 3rd submission it will generate in 24hours after you submit the assignment.
