Use the available tools to manage files, such as sorting, and adding new files, which are consistent across the app for ease of use.

At the top of the file list, you will see column headers such as "Name," "Title," "Type," "CreatedAt," and "UpdatedAt."

  • To sort by the file Name, click on the "Name" column header. This allows you to organize files alphabetically by their names. Clicking the header again will toggle between ascending and descending order.

  • To sort by the Title, click on the "Title" column header. This is useful if you want to view files based on their given titles in alphabetical order.

  • For sorting by the Type of file (e.g., .docx, .txt, .png), click on the "Type" column. This groups files by their format, making it easier to locate specific types of files.

  • To sort by Creation Date (CreatedAt), click on the "CreatedAt" header. This sorts files by the date they were added to the system, allowing you to view the newest or oldest files first.

  • To sort by Last Updated Date (UpdatedAt), click on the "UpdatedAt" header. This helps you track the most recently modified files at the top of your list.
