It detects instantly when student gets away from camera
There is no alternative if a student has no integrated camera. They need to get an external USB camera. Even though it is doable to use a camera software and use their mobile phone’s camera, it is not allowed by Respondus. Periodically they do updates banning certain camera apps. Hence, a USB camera is the only way to mitigate this.
