Forgotten Username or Password on WebEx

If you have forgotten your username or password for your Cisco WebEx follow the instructions below.
You will need your UNIC email in order to complete this guide.
Step 1
Click HERE for the homepage of WebEx
Step 2
Click on Sign In button that appear in the top right corner of the page
Step 3
In this page click on “Forgot your username or password?” that is just below the username and password fields.
Step 4
A new window will pop up where you will need to fill in your email address and write the verification characters that appear. After filling in your email address and the verification characters, click Submit.
The email address is always your UNIC email address.
The verification character change every time you try to reset your password. It’s never the same
In the next few minutes you should receive an email to remind you of your username and to help you reset your password. (Make sure to check your Junk folder for this email)
