How do I request access to JIRA?

Submit request to UNICIT for specific JIRA project permissions.
Options to submit request:

  1. Request in the UNIC Support Centre

    1. UNIC Support Center > Amethyst Team

    2. Category > Request Access to Jira.

  2. Email to amethyst@unic.ac.cy

  3. Call the amethyst team in +357 22 441693

How do I log in?

For Students:

Our organization is using single Sign-On (SSO) in order to authenticate students.

Enter your UNIC Microsoft 365 credentials.

  1. JIRA:  https://unicit.atlassian.net/jira

  2. Confluence:  https://unicit.atlassian.net/wiki

 

For faculty and stuff:

You can log in with your Atlassian account or your UNIC Microsoft 365 account using SSO.
