How do I reply to a customer

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the issue view of the request.

  2. Click Reply to customer.

  3. Type a comment.

  4. Click Save.

 

What does add internal note mean?

When you add an internal note only agents(people who have access to Jira) can see it.

What does Reply to customer mean?

When you click on reply to customer, your comment is shared with the customer and is visible to anyone who has access to your project.
