If a Webex session is recorded the recording file will be available in the same account as the session was created in. Recordings need to be rendered on the server before they are accessible. Therefore, it may take between up to 24 hours after the session has ended before you are able to access the recording.

Accessing and Modifying a Webex Recording

To access a Webex recording follow the steps outlined here:

  1. Log into the Webex account that the session was created in.

  2. Access the Webex Training service from the lower-left list.

  3. Under the Host a Session sub-section click My Training Recordings.

  4. You will be presented with a list of all the recordings in the specific Webex account. Note sessions are arranged by the date they were created on the server. Locate the session that you intend to post in the course and click the down arrow located at the end of the specific row and click Modify.
