Announce a Session

  1. Open the course in Moodle and enter the Course Forum.

  2. Click Add a new discussion topic.

  3. Post the message below.

  4. Make sure you enter the appropriate information for COURSE CODE+NAME, DATE, START TIME.

  5. Click Post to forum.

Change of Time or Date

When you need to change date or time follow this procedure, in this order:

  1. Open the the original message in the course forum and Edit it.

  2. In the subject put (RESCHEDULED) as shown below.

  3. Scroll to to the bottom of the message and remove the
    (Edited by USER - original submission DATE, TIME)

  4. Scroll down, click Save changes.

  5. Reply to the same message. Click Advanced and post the message below.

  6. Make sure you enter the appropriate information for COURSE CODE+NAME, DATE, TIME.

  7. Click Post to forum.

Cancellation

When you need to change date or time follow this procedure, in this order:

  1. Open the the original message in the course forum and Edit it.

  2. In the subject put (CANCELLATION) as shown below.

  3. Scroll to to the bottom of the message and remove the
    (Edited by USER - original submission DATE, TIME)

  4. Scroll down, click Save changes.

  5. Reply to the same message. Click Advanced and post the message below.

  6. Make sure you enter the appropriate information for COURSE CODE+NAME.

  7. Click Post to forum.

Recording Information

When the recording link is available, you sill need to post it to the forum:

  1. Open the the original message in the course forum and Reply.

  2. Click Advanced and post the message below.

  3. Make sure you enter the appropriate information for RECORDING LINK.

  4. Click Post to forum.
