Sequential mode
This guide provides instructions for using sequential mode in PowerFlow while logged in, If you're unsure how to log in, follow this guide.
Sequential mode in PowerFlow allows you to send multiple unrelated to each other prompts simultaneously by using the ||
operator.
Step 1
Let's start by accessing PowerFlow. You can do this by either clicking on PowerFlow under the frequently used apps or by clicking on "My Apps" and selecting PowerFlow. If you haven't installed any apps or don't know how to, follow this guide.
Step 2
At the top of the Powerflow screen, ensure that the appropriate mode is selected.
Click on “Sequential” mode to process your prompts in order, one after another, as depicted in the image above.
Step 3
While in sequential mode, you can ask PowerFlow for information on multiple topics simultaneously by separating them with ||
. In the example above, a user requested help organizing a trip to a Greek island. You can further edit your prompts using the formatting bar above the text box as seen on this guide . Once you are finished, click on the highlighted arrow to submit your prompts.
To repeat a specific prompt multiple times, use the format:||
n after the prompt, where n is the number of times you want it repeated.
Additionally, you can personalize your chat by changing the title and selecting a different PowerFlow model, as shown below. You can also create a new prompt by clicking on "New Prompt," which will open a new chat.
You can change the title to something relevant to the topic of your chat with PowerFlow. This title will also appear in your results, so ensure it is easily identifiable.
There are several modes you can choose from, with the default being the latest one, GPT-4.o. Additionally, you will find additional categories available in the model dropdown menu.
Step 4
Once you have sent your prompts to PowerFlow, a screen will appear indicating each of the prompts and the approximate number of tokens they should consume. Click Submit to send them all to powerflow and the system will execute the prompts in sequence.
Please note that the "Sending Prompts" message will appear once you click submit. This process should take no more than a few minutes, depending on the size of the prompts.
