Dear Lecturers,
We would like to inform you that the creation of conventional courses in Moodle has started for the upcoming semester <semester>. You should receive a notification email when your course is created. If for any reason you cannot see your course yet, please check again in 48-72 hours.
New faculty in Moodle: Your username in Moodle is surname.first name initial (ie. georgiou.a just like your e-mail address) and the password is the same as your Portal(Faculty Intranet) password. Your account will be created when your course is created in Moodle.
Your course will be visible under Future below Course Overview in your Dashboard. On the <1st day of semester> (first day of semester), all courses will be visible under In progress.
Any material that was uploaded and taught in previous semesters, can be imported following these instructions: https://unicit.atlassian.net/wiki/x/M4C_Kg (After importing your material, please make sure you have hidden/deleted from the students any exam material from previous semesters to avoid any issues)

Webex Support (account creation, issues booking your sessions in your course etc)
General Moodle support
Please make sure you submit a ticket through our Jira Help Desk Online Learning Support Unit (Make sure you use the ticketing system instead of sending an email so we can keep track of the issues and help you resolve them as soon as possible)

Distance Learning courses follow a different procedure.
