At My Files Licenses for Webscraping - Suggestions:
- Turnitin to identify source
- Add creative commons for copyrights by default and not be able to change it
- Add a warning that if you change it you are the owner
- Consult with lawyer for websites that require permission to use their content. For example BBC asks for permission to use their content on our DB, are we allowed to store it under My Files?)
Add creative commons license to metadata too or remove it until we have sharing functionality

The system is limiting how many files she can delete at once, only allowing up to 10 files to be deleted at a time. When you have for example 140 files to delete, this process is taking longer than necessary, and they suggest that the system should allow for deleting more files in a single action to make it more efficient.

A very helpful feature I think it could be a trash folder where deleted prompts, lists, etc could be placed in case of deletion. This could enable restore for accidentally deleted prompts, lists etc.
Also, in this front when you delete a list, file, etc., it would be helpful to have a prompt window to confirm that you are deleting the correct file, etc.
Generate images (e.g. with DALL-E)? Such an option could be necessary for instance for the creation of maps and/or other images in the development of scenarios for student exercises, logos for projects, etc.

When I am in a query and want to select files to upload, I should be able to select the folder or subfolder that I have placed those files in, instead of being presented with all files.

When you do forgot password option, you can repeatedly click the Continue button to send multiple password reset emails. This could be abused to trigger multiple email notifications. I recommend adding a CAPTCHA and/or a cooldown period of 1-3 minutes after sending the first email to prevent excessive requests.
