This article explains how to search and view students on UNIC Portal.

In order to successfully follow this guide you will need:

  • Your WORK UNIC email

  • Your Password

These credentials have been given to you via an email once you are an official employee.

Step 1

Once you log in you will be on this page. Click on “Students” which is located on the main menu bar as indicated above.

Step 2

Here you can utilize all the available filters such as Academic period, Student ID and other student related fields and then search by clicking on the “Submit” button.

For more information regarding a selected student click on the red button below actions in order to access their profile.

Step 3

If you navigate to a student profile you will be able to access the student's profile as well as their academic path and grades.

In addition to that you can also contact the student by clicking on the “Contact Student” button as indicated in the top right corner.
