How to Activate Your WebEx Account

If you have difficulties activating your WebEx account this guide will show you how.

All you need to complete this guide is your WebEx username and password which has been provided to you.

Step 1

Visit the UNIC WebEx website HERE.

Step 2

Click the “Sign In” button that can be found on the upper-right of the page.

Step 3

Type the Username and Password provided to you in the appropriate fields click “Log in” as shown above.

Avoid copy/paste as this may pick up extra spaces before and after the password

Step 4

Once you are logged in you will be prompted to change the temporary password. Please type the password again in the “Old password field”. Enter a “New password” and repeat it to confirm password.
Once satisfied with your password, click “OK”.

Step 5

You will then need to verify your WebEx account when you see the message below. Click the “Send” button to receive the verification email to your inbox. Go to your email inbox the find the email from WebEx, then click on the “Verify” button.
